Robert J. Morin, MD, FACS – President and Chief Medical Officer

Robert Morin is a board certified plastic surgeon, craniofacial surgeon and pediatric plastic surgeon with offices in NYC and New Jersey. He performs a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

Dr. Morin has a special interest in rhinoplasty and complex facial, nose and ear reconstruction. His accredited fellowship in craniofacial surgery, pediatric plastic surgery and facial cosmetic surgery has given him the ability to perform complex surgical procedures on the faces of children with cleft lips and palates, cleft nasal deformities and congenital deformities.

Dr. Morin donates one week of his time each year, and all of his skills, to children in developing countries throughout the world. In the United States, he works closely with neurosurgeons, surgical oncologists, dermatologists, and neonatologists in order to restore proper form and function to patients with traumatic injuries, congenital abnormalities and cancer.

Alyson Guyan, Esq.

Alyson is an Associate in the Washington, D.C. Region law office of Jackson Lewis LLP and is a member of the Workplace Safety and Health practice group.

Ms. Guyan has extensive experience advising clients regarding workplace safety and health matters, and regularly works on administrative matters before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.  She provides OSHA inspection counseling and safety and health compliance counseling.  She also conducts safety and health compliance audits and reviews and revises corporate safety and health policies.

Additionally, Ms. Guyan represents corporations and other entities in a wide variety of employment, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour matters.  She advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law. Ms. Guyan also works on administrative matters before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as state agencies.

Paul Rosenburg MDPaul Rosenburg

Paul Rosenburg is a board certified plastic surgeon with an office in Fort Lee, New Jersey. He trained at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a Chief Resident, then received his medical degree from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Rosenburg spent six months training in Mexico City after completing his Plastic Surgery Residence, focusing on reconstructive surgery of the face, nose, eyes and forehead. This additional training has given him the ability to perform complex surgical repairs on children and babies born with facial abnormalities. He regularly contributes to the Developing Faces’ mission by leading and participating in Developing Faces’ surgical missions to developing countries.

Edward Gottesman is a board certified periodontist practicing in Manhattan, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from the State University of New York. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Certification in Periodontics from the School of Dental Medicine at Stony Brook.

Dr. Gottesman is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Gottesman lectures nationally and internationally on dental implants, bone grafting and periodontal plastic surgery techniques. He is a valued consultant for dental implant, tissue regeneration and pharmaceutical companies.

Richard Agag, MDRichard Agag, MD

Richard Agag is the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is a board certified plastic surgeon practicing in New Jersey and New York, specializing in microsurgery. Dr. Agag focuses on post traumatic defects and after cancer neck, face and breast reconstruction.

Dr Agag was named a Jerome P. Webster Fellow by ReSurge International in 2010, giving him the opportunity to travel to developing countries and perform reconstructive care to children with abnormalities and injuries. During this one year fellowship, he worked with world renowned plastic surgeons traveling from Europe and the United Stated. Dr. Agag’s extensive experience with reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, and cleft lip and palate repair has made him a valuable consultant on complex Developing Faces surgeries.

Chief Executive Officer

Kate Stoltz is a Fashion Designer based in New York City specializing in luxury women’s wear. She received her degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and went on to work for several world renowned designers before starting her own label, Kate Stoltz, in 2017. Her introduction to sewing and construction began at eight years old, when she started sewing together quilts, which she made out of recycled materials for developing countries.

Kate has been involved with various charitable efforts since she was young. Working directly with organizations based in the United States, she contributed her time and resources to providing help after natural disasters that happened domestically and abroad. Being exposed to the dire need that people face due to natural forces or natural deformities fueled her desire to become more closely involved with Developing Faces. As Chief Executive Officer of Developing Faces, Kate is involved in the every day operations of the organization. Her time is spent organizing events, organizing meetings and helping to raise funds for upcoming missions.

Physician Advisory Board

Dr. Jennifer Munoz is a board certified pediatrician and a Pediatric Critical Care Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Harvard Medical School system. Her current position centers on treating severely injured children in an intensive care setting. In addition, she is the investigator on a number of NIH funded research projects involving pediatric brain injury. She is also responsible for educating a large number of Harvard pediatric residents and medical students. Dr. Munoz has published widely in the field of pediatrics and lectured extensively on a broad range of critical care topics. She has been the recipient of many awards of excellence and she serves on a number of pediatric advisory committees.

Dr. Munoz was born, raised, and partially educated in Colombia. As a result, she has extensive experience working in healthcare systems outside of the United States, and she also has a strong interest in providing high quality healthcare in underserved populations throughout the world. Dr. Munoz has a passion for teaching and plans to help implement well established US medical guidelines and protocols in developing countries with the goal of decreasing pediatric morbidity and mortality worldwide.

Karla Ortega is the office manager for a plastic surgery office based in New Jersey, where she is responsible for patient intake and making sure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Karla is fluent in Spanish and English, making her an especially useful team member during mission trips to South American countries where patients only speak Spanish. Her expertise with patient coordination help mission trips run smoothly, while her cheerful personality relaxes patients and their parents as they prepare to undergo complex surgical procedures.
